Using a secure log-in and Internet Explorer web browser you can build forms on screen in a matter of minutes - with complete control over pages, instructions, field types, formats & data validation - and then simply 'publish' them to your remote workers mobile devices.

Complete centralised control is provided over user accounts, groups, form creation & administration and data integration tools.

The pro-Forms™ mobile client is downloadable over-the-air and during the installation process you will be guided as to which version of the software is recommended for your device e.g. BlackBerry with GPS / Windows Mobile without GPS etc.

System Licensing & pricing

pro-Forms™ is available commercially under two options covering the number of users with a user account to access the mobile software. There is no charge for web only users.

For situations where data security and confidentiality of content is critical, using the secure and robust architecture provided by BlackBerry® Enterprise Server and smartphones, pro-Forms™ enables the secure transmission of data from field workers back to the office.

Dependant on the capabilities of the mobile phone/ device field workers can add rich content to a form to help enhance the value of information captured and returned including :-

Using the pro-Forms™ custom data format tools information collected on forms can be intelligently formatted and automatically routed to one or more back office systems as required so cutting out delays, inefficiencies and inaccuracies.
